The .net.au and .com.au have the same requirements for registration. You can only qualify if you are an Australian Company, an Incorporated Association, a Partnership or Sole Trader, a Foreign Company operating in Australia, a Commercial Statutory body, or if you have a Registered Business Name or Australian Trademark.
